About Us  -  Who We Are

We are a not-for-profit organization made up of individuals and agencies from the High Prairie Area.

PRCEC serves adult learners through two distinct yet complementary programs:

              - VTALP – Volunteer Tutor Adult Literacy Program

          - CALP – Community Adult Learning Program

We have been serving adult learners since 1990:

-         connecting learners to learning opportunities

-         providing basic literacy and academic assistance

-         facilitating courses and workshops as needed
